For those who shall be destroyed shall speak unto them out of the ground,

and their speech shall be low out of the dust,

and their voice shall be as one that hath a familiar spirit;

for the Lord God will give unto him power,

that he may whisper concerning them,

even as it were out of the ground;

and their speech shall whisper out of the dust.

2 Nephi 27:1

But, behold, in the last days, or in the days of the Gentiles —

yea, behold all the nations of the Gentiles and also the Jews,

both those who shall come upon this land

and those who shall be upon other lands,

yea, even upon all the lands of the earth,

behold, they will be drunken with iniquity and all manner of abominations —
