Alma 18:5

Now this was the tradition of Lamoni, which he had received from his father,

that there was a Great Spirit.

Notwithstanding they believed in a Great Spirit

they supposed that whatsoever they did was right;

nevertheless, Lamoni began to fear exceedingly,

with fear lest he had done wrong in slaying his servants;



Alma 19:21

And they were also rebuked by those men

who had stood at the waters of Sebus and scattered the flocks

which belonged to the king,

for they were angry with Ammon because of the number

which he had slain of their brethren at the waters of Sebus,

while defending the flocks of the king.



Alma 19:31

And he, immediately,

seeing the contention among his people,

went forth and began to rebuke them,

and to teach them the words which he had heard from the mouth of Ammon;

and as many as heard his words believed,

and were converted unto the Lord.



Alma 20:12

And he also told him all the cause of his tarrying in his own kingdom,

that he did not go unto his father to the feast which he had prepared.



Alma 20:27

And I will also grant unto thee that thy brethren may be cast out of prison,

and thou and thy brethren may come unto me, in my kingdom;

for I shall greatly desire to see thee.

For the king was greatly astonished at the words which he had spoken,

and also at the words which had been spoken by his son Lamoni,

therefore he was desirous to learn them.
