Helaman 3:31

And in this year there was continual rejoicing

in the land of Zarahemla, and in all the regions round about,

even in all the land which was possessed by the Nephites.

Helaman 6:7

And behold, there was peace in all the land,

insomuch that the Nephites did go into whatsoever part of the land they would,

whether among the Nephites or the Lamanites.

And it came to pass on the other hand,

that the Nephites did build them up and support them,

beginning at the more wicked part of them,

until they had overspread all the land of the Nephites,
